Henry M. Levinis the William Heard Kilpatrick Professor of Economics and Education at Columbia University Teachers College, where he is Director of the National Center for the Study of Privatization in Education. He was formerly on the faculty of Stanford University as the David Jacks Professor of Higher Education and Economics.
