Djape is from Belgrade, Serbia, has traveled quite a bit, and has lived in Australia, the US, South America, and Portugal. He has a PhD in computer science. He is the author of the Puzzlewright Press books Cutting-Edge Sudoku and Loco Sudoku, and he has many other puzzles and puzzle types on his website: djape.net.
